The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Deloris Myers can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Myers family

Dear Patty, Sharon and Dennis,  we are so sorry for your loss.  You have our sincere sympathy at this time.

We really had some good times way back when you were those 3 cute kids.  How time has flown and you all grew up, but please know that your Mom is in a better place and at peace. She's probably playing cards right now.  We used to go over to their place in the evening and they would be playing cards, just the two of them.  Your Dad would have the wood burning stove going in the livingroom with the front door open cause it was way to hot, in the middle of winter.  Your Mom would be quietly saying her phrase of "jemmy gods" or something like that, Bob it's hot.  When we asked them what they were playing, your Mom would say it was a made up version of some game so they could play with 2 people.   She loved to have company and was a great hostess, even without any notice.

There is a new house now on your place, but the old house is still standing.  Not sure what the guy's plans are.

Take care and love your families more.  You are in our prayers.
