My condolences to your family. I had the pleasure of spending a few years with Mike while in college as we both played linebacker together. That is how I met him but not how I remember him. Over 2 years I probably spent more time with Mike than anyone else. We practiced together, hung out together and anything else. I am from Wayne and my dad farmed so we went out there a lot to work. Funny story to share, it is odd but funny. We casterated pigs one day and Mike had the great idea of collecting some of the "leftovers" and he put them in an empty can of peanuts my dad had at the house. That night we had a little party and as people got hungry they saw the can and could not help but open the can to get some peanuts. The reaction on their faces when they saw what was in the can was priceless. Mike was a great guy and I miss him daily. I really wish we would of been able to stay in touch over the years. He was the best of friends to so many. My prayers are with you.
