LYNN J. ROWE

Lynn J. Rowe, age 88 of Sidney, NE passed away Saturday morning, November 4, 2017.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, November 13th at the Kimball Cemetery in Kimball, NE. Cremation has been held. Lynn was born June 6, 1929 to Jess and Lennie (Hite) Rowe in Potter, NE. Lynn attended and graduated from Sidney High School. Lynn served in the Korean War from 1950 to 1952. Lynn married Dorthy Rasmussen on July 18, 1958. Lynn worked for 45 years for the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads, and the last twenty years as a supervisor. He was active in the VFW, American Legion, Elks and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sidney.
Lynn is survived by his wife Dorthy, his daughter Deborah, his son Mark, one brother Wayne Rowe and several nieces and nephews.
Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Linnie, one sister Joyce Luce, one brother-in-law Russell Luce and one nephew Jonathan.
