ROGER T. WEBB

Roger T. Webb, age 62 of Sidney, NE passed away at his home, Saturday morning, September 17, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 22nd in the Sidney Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Leonard Suhr officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Wednesday from 1-7:00 P.M. Roger T. Webb was raised in Poplar Bluffs and St Louis, MO. He enlisted in the United States Army, Nov. 1971-Jan 1987, as a 15 echo Pershing Missile Man. He spent fifteen and one half years between Lawton OK and Germany KlosterLakefiel, Schwaebisch Gmuend, and Heilbronn.
Roger was an avid RC airplane pilot, VW enthusiast, musician and computer guru. But his top priority was always his family, being with his wife, children, grandchildren and extended family. He loved his church and church family. He was a God loving, God sharing man.
He met and later married Rosemarie Bodeman on June 21, 1975 in Sidney. To this union was born seven wonderful children: Angie Conger, Heidi Lehman (Trevor), Leland Webb (Connie), Michael Webb (Jessika), Christopher Webb (Jenica), Jessica Webb, and Thomas Webb; (13) grandchildren;
his Mother June Rosier (Raymond), Brothers James Byars (Rhonda) of Salem, MO, Pete Byars of Foley, MO, sister Lillie Herman of Kentucky, numerous extended family and spare kids. He was proceded in death by father-in-law and mother in law Leland & Viola Bodeman, grandma Goldie McIrvin, father James F. Byars, sister Shirley Spitzmiller and brother Dudley Byars.
