Theodore Leo Gorman was born on May 12, 1942 in Sidney, Nebraska to Leo and Madeline (Zwickl) Gorman. Ted lived in Sidney during most of his life, except for two years when he lived in Fontana, California as a toddler. Ted Gorman graduated from Sidney Saint Patrick's Academy in 1960.
Ted had many health challenges throughout his life and spent many years living at Golden Living Center in Sidney. Ted Gorman was very proud to be a twin, but somewhat resented the fact that his twin brother, Tom, was five minutes older than him. Ted had a great smile and a clever sense of humor and loved cheering for the Colorado Rockies, the Denver Broncos, and the University of Nebraska football team.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Madeline Gorman, and niece, Cara Kisicki. Survivors include his brother and wife, Tom and Lynda Gorman, North Platte, Nebraska; sister, Marilyn, and husband, Ron Kisicki of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and sister, Colleen and husband Chuck Kisicki of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and several nieces and nephews.
The Gorman family very much appreciates the excellent care that Ted received from the staff at Golden Living Center, Dr. Clinton Dorwart, and the Hospice staff at Sidney Regional Medical Center.
