Janice Zajicek, age 64 of Sidney passed away Sunday morning, October 19, 2014 in the Sidney Regional Medical Center Extended Care. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 25th in the Sidney Foursquare Gospel Church with Rev. Kelvin Boltjes officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date. Cremation has been held. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Janice was born January 7, 1950 to John C. and Mary O. (Sanderson) Trumbull in Scottsbluff, NE. Janice was a “bookworm” and loved to read, almost as much as she loved singing Gospel Hymns. Janice lived in Sidney and ran the B & Z Tavern with her sister in Brownson. She really enjoyed visiting with her family, especially with her sisters, Esther, Mary and Joan, and her mother Mary.
Janice is survived by (3) sons; Del Stone and wife Cherie of Sidney, Jay Stone of Sidney, David Stone of Albany NY, (5) Grandchildren, (1) Great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother; (1) brother John Trumbull; (1) son Alan Stone and her sister Mary Chilewski.
