Obituary for Teresa M. Trowbridge

Teresa M.  Trowbridge
Teresa M. Trowbridge, age 84, of Sidney, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013 at the Sidney Regional Medical Center.
Rosary services will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, May 30th with a Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 31st. Both services will be in the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Art Faesser officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 1-6:00 P.M., at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made in Teresa’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Teresa M. Trowbridge, the daughter of Ladaslo and Soccoro (Murrillo) Gutierrez, was born on October 16, 1928 at Portland, CO. She worked at the Sioux Army Depot in her early twenties. In April of 1953, Teresa was united in marriage to Mario Nebarez at Bridgeport, NE. She worked as a cook before beginning her career at the Memorial Health Center. In 1972, Teresa was united in marriage to Frank Trowbridge in Sidney. She retired after thirty-five years in the laundry department at the hospital. When Teresa was not raising her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she enjoyed word puzzles, embroidery, crocheting, cooking and spending time with family.
Survivors include: her (2) sons: Raymond Estorga and wife Martha of New Mexico and Ernie Nebarez and wife Carol of Sidney; daughters: Mary Ann Taylor of Norfolk, NE, Marti Stevens of Sidney, Carmen Carrillo and husband George of Westminster, CO and Gloria Nebarez of Denver, CO; (18) grandchildren; (31) great-grandchildren; (1) sister: Nellie Guerra of Lincoln, NE; (2) brothers: Richard Gutierrez of California and Les Gutierrez of New York and many extended family members and friends.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Frank, her sister: Toni, a daughter: Leslie, and brothers: Pete and Raymond.
